• 🔄 You can request a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
• 📦 Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
• 🚚 The customer is responsible for the shipping fees for refunds and exchanges.
• ❌ Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without their original tags cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• 💬 To request a refund or exchange, contact our customer support team with your order number.
