SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Coverage

Taurwaer currently ships orders within the Arab Republic of Egypt only. International shipping is not available unless explicitly stated.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Fridays and official public holidays.

Once your order is prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a confirmation notification.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days within Egypt, depending on the delivery location and the shipping carrier.

Delivery times are estimates and delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier operations, traffic conditions, weather, public holidays, or force majeure events.

Such delays do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or request compensation, except as required by applicable Egyptian law.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the delivery location, order size, or weight.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of:

Manufacturing defects
Incorrect items shipped by Taurwaer

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Taurwaer is not responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect the package upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged, opened, or incomplete, please notify the courier immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Risk of Loss & Responsibility

Responsibility for the shipment, including risk of loss, damage, or delay, remains with the shipping carrier until the order is successfully delivered to the customer or their authorized recipient.

In case of loss or damage during transit, Taurwaer will coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter in accordance with Egyptian law and the courier’s policies.
